Deliver Hospitality courses ranging from Certificate III to Advanced Diploma levels. Responsibilities include delivering theoretical and practical training, supporting international students, conducting competency based assessments in a training kitchen, validating and moderating training and assessment tasks and resources, and maintaining student attendance and academic records. Applicants must hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40116, relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered or assessed, a minimum of 3 years hospitality industry experience, and meet Acumen's requirements for industry currency and professional development. Morning, evening and weekend shifts are available. The role is based in Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs.
