Details.
Trainees work across departments including Property, Family and Private Client. The role involves drafting legal documents such as codicils to Wills, Letters of Wishes, discretionary trust deeds and lasting powers of attorney, preparing and amending client correspondence, taking feedback from supervisors and legal directors, assisting with ongoing matters, and taking attendance notes at client meetings, court hearings and consultations with counsel. Trainees are encouraged to attend the office every day, receive feedback and guidance from colleagues, attend weekly staff lunches, and have opportunities to observe how partners and associates advise and interact with clients.
