The role involves working with teams in the US, Singapore and Hong Kong, reviewing transaction documents, drafting client memoranda, meeting clients, discussing market trends, corresponding with lenders and sponsors, and preparing for financial close, drawdown or delivery of an asset. The experience includes working with Japanese financial institutions and developing sensitivity to Japanese working culture.
