Join the London office training programme with four six-month seats across the contentious and non-contentious groups, working with different teams across the firm's practice areas. The programme provides practical training, support and feedback. Applicants should have a strong and consistent academic record and be on track for, or have obtained, a minimum 2:1 degree, along with responsibility, commercial awareness, commitment, energy, spark, a sense of community and enthusiasm to participate. Trainees receive competitive salaries, grants and benefits, including a salary of £50,000 increasing to £55,000 in the second year, 25 days holiday, optional benefits, group income protection, life assurance, an employee assistance programme, wellness initiatives and health screening.
