Gard's Trainee Program is a 9-month opportunity for graduates to start a career in the maritime insurance industry. Trainees rotate through key business areas and gain hands-on experience in an international work environment. The program includes structured learning, mentoring, real-world projects, exposure to Gard's global network and opportunities to build professional relationships. Candidates with backgrounds in law, economics, analytics or compliance are invited to apply. Trainees are based in Arendal, with opportunities to visit other offices and participate in cross-functional initiatives. Gard is looking for curious, committed and collaborative candidates.
