Details.
Join HLK's annual cohort of trainee attorneys and begin a career in intellectual property. The role involves learning about new areas of technology, attending inventor meetings, advising on intellectual property rights, drafting patent specifications, proposing responses in European and British prosecution cases, and prosecuting cases to grant. Trainees work across different offices, teams and disciplines, and receive structured development through the HLK Academy, which begins during their first week. The training programme supports confidence building, exposure to different areas of law and the development of meaningful relationships with colleagues, with the aim of developing trainees into competent attorneys.
