Cream and decorate cakes, prepare whipped cream and different types of mousse, pipe various types of cream cakes, prepare various types of chocolate work, maintain a safe and secure working environment, and perform other duties assigned by a superior. Cake decoration skills and experience are an added advantage. Applicants without relevant experience may be considered for a trainee position. Weekend and public holiday work is required.
