Cream and decorate cakes, prepare whipped cream and different types of mousse, pipe various types of cream cakes, prepare various types of chocolate work, maintain a safe and secure working environment, and perform other duties assigned by the superior. Skills and experience in cake decoration are an added advantage. Applicants without relevant experience will be considered for a trainee position. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays is required.
