Knox Cropper offers apprenticeship and trainee opportunities for ambitious and committed individuals. Trainees work with real clients across business, not for profit and private sectors, developing auditing, accounting, bookkeeping and tax skills. ACA apprenticeships are three year programmes under the Level 7 apprenticeship standard, including 450 days of technical work experience, 15 exams and training from Kaplan Financial Limited, with additional interpersonal development training from Mercia. Students may also have the opportunity of a secondment in the tax department. AAT apprenticeships are three year Level 4 programmes for outstanding school leavers, supporting study towards the Association of Accounting Technicians professional qualification, with the option for successful candidates to progress to ACA or ACCA training routes. Each trainee has a manager as a mentor and a dedicated Talent Coach at Kaplan. The apprenticeship includes a professional qualification, endpoint assessment, personal development, 20% off-the-job training, leading training providers, a great work-life balance and a full-time permanent job.
