Paid summer interns receive extensive education in equities trading and Trillium's proprietary tools, along with mentorship from veteran traders. The internship is for rising college seniors with curiosity to learn, a desire to succeed, a competitive nature, and an interest in trading regardless of major. Interns explore trading ideas, analyze market data and microstructure, enhance trading strategies, complete and present team projects, and work with senior mentors and teams on individualized assignments. They learn about market mechanics, quantitative analysis, economics, risk assessment, the firm's customizable technology, and professional trading. Interns may also visit the NYSE and Nasdaq and attend firm events. A significant portion of each intern class goes on to work at Trillium full-time.
