Acorn is looking for a dynamic and talented individual to head and develop its specialist practice. Responsibilities include providing trade credit and bond solutions to SMEs and larger corporates in Singapore, liaising with specialist underwriters, developing the trade credit and bond business, conducting technical underwriting presentations and product training, maintaining insurer and client relationships, creating new business opportunities, expanding services and retaining renewal business. The role also includes implementing risk and compliance procedures and contributing to agreed commercial lines budgets. Applicants should have an accounting or financial master's degree and an insurance qualification, with at least 5 years of credit insurance experience. The company is seeking a self-driven, motivated and results-oriented person with a positive outlook, business acumen, numerical ability, collaborative working style, good interpersonal and customer skills, and proficiency in English. Conversational Mandarin is an advantage.
