Prepare and organise boats before departure, welcome guests, check them in, sell tickets, promote experiences, provide drinks and handle payments, explain tours and activities, coordinate with skippers and fellow hosts, manage boarding and disembarkation, and keep the boat clean and tidy. The role includes working during events such as Amsterdam Light Festival, Gay Pride and King's Day. Applicants must be at least 18, outgoing, warm, people-oriented, available 2 to 3 days per week including at least one weekend day, and available in the evenings, high season and on public holidays. A good command of English is required, additional languages are a bonus, and hospitality experience is a plus.
