Advantage Tennis Clubs is seeking a passionate and experienced Tennis Professional to conduct private and group tennis lessons for players of all ages and abilities, provide on-court coaching during practices, matches, and tournaments, assist with club events, tournaments, and clinics, mentor junior players, maintain a safe and clean environment around the courts, stay current with coaching techniques and industry trends, and collaborate with the Director of Tennis and other staff. High-level competitive playing experience is required, with collegiate or professional experience preferred. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of coaching experience, preferably at a club, academy, or school, with junior development and adult program experience a plus. USPTA or PTR certification is highly desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal, motivational, organizational, and service skills are expected.
