Join the KK Tennis team at a newly started pro tennis shop in South Yarra, VIC. The role involves providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service, selling racquets, strings and accessories, fulfilling online orders, restringing racquets, accepting payments, preparing sales invoices, assisting with stock management and stocktakes, displaying and packing goods, answering phone calls, maintaining shop cleanliness, providing feedback to the store manager, and helping grow and promote KK Tennis. Applicants should be honest, reliable, punctual, organised, mature minded, detail oriented, friendly and positive, with a passion for tennis, strong customer service and communication skills, good English, and the ability to operate a point of sale cash register and work independently under pressure. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required. Tennis knowledge and restringing experience, as well as Shopify experience, are preferred.
