Support enrollment growth by expanding recruitment efforts within Spanish-speaking communities inside and outside Massachusetts. Duties include targeted outreach, virtual engagement during evenings and weekends, and collaboration with academic leadership to strengthen articulation and pathway agreements with colleges and high schools. The term runs through December 23, 2026, with potential extension. Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of relevant experience, fluency in Spanish and English, evening and weekend availability, cultural competency, comfort working fully remotely, and proficiency with CRM systems and office technology.
