Temporary educators receive an induction covering Linden Tree Nursery Schools, its policies and procedures, curriculum and daily practice. The induction includes introductions to staff, building and safety procedures, the Froebelian approach, parents and key children where appropriate, confidential information, and daily tasks and routines. Successful completion of the induction forms part of the probationary period. Temporary educators must follow nursery policies and procedures and meet safeguarding and staffing requirements.
