Details.
Join Neal Street Espresso's two-year work-based discipleship programme. The programme provides employable skills, routine, accountability, customer-facing experience, barista training in partnership with Redemption Roasters, and increasing responsibilities over time. Team members receive weekly check-ins, confidential monthly clinical supervision, support with administration such as bank account and National Insurance applications, a CAP money course, paid London Living Wage, pension and National Insurance contributions, and optional savings support. The programme also includes prayer, worship, Bible study, church attendance, recreation, support with future goals, CVs, job applications and interview skills, and ideally a work experience placement during the final three months. At the end of the two years, team members will have work experience, workplace qualifications such as first aid and food hygiene, a reference, and support for their next stage of employment. Applicants ideally already have accommodation, as housing is not provided.
