Support lead teachers, assist with activities, and help create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for every child. Preferred qualifications include experience in childcare or early childhood education, a passion for nurturing and inspiring young learners, strong communication and teamwork skills, the ability to pass a required background check, CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it, and genuine enthusiasm for STEAM-based learning. DCF 45 hours is preferred for Florida locations.
