The role involves teaching English at KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of KS5 teaching, preparing pupils for GCSE English, planning and delivering well-structured and differentiated lessons, assessing and monitoring pupil progress, contributing to schemes of learning, running co-curricular activities, arranging and taking part in relevant trips, and establishing relationships with parents.
