This NYC-based work-study program is for ambitious tea enthusiasts who want to work toward becoming tea experts. Participants must commit to three morning tea sessions each week. Sessions cover individual teas, terroir, cultivar, processing methods, culture, history, and brewing techniques. Apprentices are expected to take on one or more additional tasks, ranging from event assistance and marketing support to program management.
