Assist in reviewing quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including current and deferred tax analysis under ASC 740, and review stand-alone and consolidated federal and state C-Corp income tax returns. The role includes tax planning, special projects, on-site client work, new business development, relationship building with internal and external tax personnel, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates should have excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills, experience managing consulting, compliance and tax planning engagements, and experience managing income tax provisions and related footnote disclosures. Minimum requirements include 7+ years of corporate or Big-4 public accounting experience and a relevant college degree, such as a bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA is preferred and MST is desirable. Transportation is required, with travel to local client sites as needed.
