Herzog & de Meuron is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager for its Human Resources Department in Basel, available immediately or by agreement, at 100%. The role combines strategic recruiting with operational HR work. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating talent, managing the candidate journey, building talent pipelines, advising managers during recruitment, developing recruiting strategies and HR processes, supporting generalist HR tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, and contributing to HR projects and digital HR solutions. Applicants should have a university or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent training, several years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or generalist HR, strong networking and communication skills, and German or English at native level with at least C1 proficiency in the other language. Very good Microsoft Office skills and an affinity for digital tools and modern HR processes are also required. Interest in architecture, design or a creative work environment is an advantage. The successful candidate will join an international, six-person HR team where initiative, collaboration and independent thinking are valued.
