Travel to tropical retreat locations in Central America or Indonesia and deliver surf coaching for beginner and intermediate surfers. Typical tasks include organizing surf schedules for small groups, leading surf theory classes and technical workshops, capturing and analyzing surf footage, providing personalized coaching, helping coordinate transport and non-surf activities, and taking on additional destination-specific responsibilities. Applicants need a minimum of 2 years of surf coaching experience, a genuine passion for surfing and teaching, a motivated, resourceful and professional approach, strong teamwork and integrity, and comfort working internationally for 4 or more months per year.
