Join Harry's as a Party Starter. You will assist the manager or assistant manager with daily outlet operations, ensure guest needs are taken care of, recommend promotional items, manage cash in the manager's absence, coach and train staff, oversee outlet opening and closing, provide feedback on operational issues, maintain outlet upkeep and cleanliness, manage inventory, support recruitment and training, and manage staff performance. Requirements include 2 to 3 years of F&B experience, a minimum GCE N or O level, professional communication skills, and a commitment to quality service with food and beverage knowledge.
