Assist the manager or assistant manager with daily outlet operations, take care of guest needs and recommend promotional items, manage cash in the absence of the manager, coach and train staff to follow Harry's standards, oversee outlet opening and closing, report operational issues, maintain outlet upkeep and cleanliness, manage inventory, recruit and train staff, and provide staff feedback. Requirements include 2 to 3 years of F&B experience, a minimum GCE N or O level, professional communication skills, and a commitment to quality service with food and beverage knowledge.
