HR&A's Internship Program offers students and early-career professionals hands-on experience working with industry leaders on impactful urban development and policy projects. Interns collaborate with experts on real-world challenges in urban planning and economic development, create analytical reports and models, develop presentations for clients and communities, and support company initiatives including marketing efforts and new project proposals. The program includes training, coaching, mentorship, and opportunities to work across areas such as real estate advisory, housing, inclusive cities, infrastructure, economic development, climate, and technology and society. Interns are based in one of HR&A's offices and may have opportunities to travel to project sites. This is a paid opportunity and may provide a pathway to full-time employment.
