Adams Street provides a comprehensive hands-on internship experience for undergraduate students interested in exploring a career in private markets. The programme includes a comprehensive orientation programme, weekly cross-team educational sessions, robust project experience and meeting participation, and hands-on mentoring by experienced professionals. Interns can gain work experience in private markets investing, risk management, finance, and/or information technology. Additional benefits include weekly webinars led by professionals across Adams Street's platform, access to proprietary online training resources, an invitation to the Internship Alumni Programme, and opportunities to attend social events and build professional connections. The programme is for students in their second or third year of a four-year undergraduate degree programme, entering their junior or senior year during the internship. The programme lasts eight to ten weeks. Applications are closed for the 2026 Summer Internship Programme.
