Designed for emerging STEM talent, this programme provides hands-on experience in the energy sector, meaningful technical projects and the opportunity to contribute to ESB's ambition to achieve Net Zero by 2040. Participants develop professionally, build key industry skills and may secure a place on the Graduate Development Programme or be invited back for further internships.
