Manatt Health's Summer Consultant Program is a 10-week, paid, full-time internship introducing top talent to the healthcare strategy and policy consulting team. The program runs in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. Participants complete kickoff training in New York, work on healthcare consulting projects, engage with industry leaders, and participate in mentorship, coaching, feedback, networking and social events. Summer Consultants are evaluated for a return offer, and the program is the primary pathway for launching a career at Manatt Health. Recruiting opens in September, applications are accepted through January, virtual interviews take place from January through March, and the program generally runs from June through August.
