Bracewell offers a summer associate program in Houston, Dallas and Washington, DC. Summer associates gain hands-on experience working on actual legal matters with partners and associates, with opportunities to rotate through practice areas, attend hearings, depositions, trials, negotiations, client meetings and client events, and help research and draft agreements, briefs, articles, blogs, podcasts and video content. The programme runs for nine to 10 weeks and includes formal and informal feedback, mentorship, networking opportunities, social events and firm activities. Houston summer associates rotate through three practices, while the Dallas and DC programmes provide opportunities to work in all practices. The weekly salary is £4,326.92.
