Join our busy and growing London studio, managing resourcing and workflow across a busy, multi-disciplined team, all accounts, projects and activities. Working closely with the Client Services, Creative and Technology teams, you will ensure requirements are fully resourced and processes are upheld. Responsibilities include managing resources through key tools and software, balancing workloads and resolving resource conflicts, weekly resource planning, scoping resources for contracts, checking and monitoring creative briefs, ensuring processes are followed, booking freelancers and specialist skill sets, raising purchase orders and seeking approvals, sourcing third party production support, gathering quotations, and providing general team support. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar agency role, excellent verbal and communication skills, strong organisation and attention to detail, knowledge of creative processes including print and digital production, and a proactive, self-starting team mentality. Experience with Apple Mac, Harvest and ASANA is required, with Adobe Creative Suite listed as optional. The role is based in London, UK, within the Client Services department.
