We are seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead our growing team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. Responsibilities include managing daily studio operations, leading, training, rostering and supervising instructors and support staff, growing memberships and achieving sales targets, managing client relationships and feedback, preparing and monitoring budgets, overseeing financial reporting and supplier contracts, planning marketing campaigns, events and community partnerships, managing purchasing and pricing policies, overseeing stock levels and service standards for studio retail, ensuring workplace health and safety compliance, and creating an amazing experience for customers. Applicants need a minimum Diploma-level qualification in Business, Management, Fitness or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant management experience. Proven leadership and people management skills, strong sales, marketing and customer service experience, financial management skills, and excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are required. Experience in the fitness, hospitality or retail sector is highly regarded. This is a permanent role of 38 hours per week, based in Manly, NSW, with a salary of AUD $76,515 to $85,000 per annum plus superannuation, negotiable based on experience.
