Take full ownership of the studio’s day-to-day operations, leading a large Front of House team and working with Head Office and instructors to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include overseeing people, retail and facilities, scheduling staff, maintaining facilities and health and safety compliance, managing checklists, maintenance and stock, analysing performance, hiring and developing the team, managing performance, building local community relationships and working with marketing to promote the studio. The role requires at least 2 years of experience leading people, proven operational management experience, experience in a fast-paced environment, and strong time management and communication skills. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday but may include occasional weekends, with shifts potentially starting at 5:45am and ending at 9:30pm.
