Join Lucky Punch Zurich's frontline team at the Europaallee flagship studio. The role includes preparing the studio according to daily standards, welcoming and checking in members and guests, managing class bookings, client credits and online purchases, supporting email management and studio communications, and working with the Studio Manager on daily operations. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. Candidates should be organised, communicate well in person and by email, be willing to work evenings and weekends, and be eligible to work in Switzerland with a valid work permit or the ability to obtain one.
