Student hires require the student's name and UID, hourly rate, estimated hours per week, funding source, and start and end dates. The minimum wage is $15 per hour. Students new to working on campus must complete required paperwork, and hired students must enter and release their hours weekly by Sunday night. Students may not work unless they complete steps 1 and 2 of the I-9 process within three days of their start date.
