Support the growth of Ozford's education brands by building relationships with high school career advisors, senior school coordinators, employment service providers, industry partners and community stakeholders. Drive domestic student recruitment outcomes, increase enrolments and market share, develop a year-on-year pipeline of prospective students, plan and deliver school visits, education fairs, expos and events, implement targeted marketing and engagement strategies, and represent Ozford at external events and stakeholder meetings. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development, marketing or a customer-facing role, with a relevant qualification desirable. Candidates should be able to achieve KPIs and targets, communicate and present effectively, build relationships, manage time and details, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in education, training or student recruitment is desirable but not essential. A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one, is required, along with flexibility to work weekends or evenings during peak recruitment periods and education expos.
