Bubblelicious is looking for someone to provide service-based leadership and help drive future growth and expansion. Previous food, beverage or retail experience is required, preferably in a coffee shop or tea house. Responsibilities include working 35 or more hours per week with weekend and holiday availability, fostering a positive work environment, managing inventory, creating schedules and ensuring proper staffing, hiring and managing staff, and maintaining corporate standards and compliance with health department and local regulations. The role requires the ability to manage a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, a friendly and positive attitude, excellent customer service, an interest in educating customers and employees about drinks, leading by example, putting the team first, and familiarity with popular social media platforms.
