Gong cha is seeking highly motivated and experienced store leaders to take ownership of store operations, develop team members and support store growth. The role includes staff management, training and reviewing employees, creating rosters, maintaining attendance records, managing cash deposits and financial records, meeting sales targets, overseeing stock control and orders, maintaining store cleanliness and equipment, handling customer queries and complaints, preparing promotional materials, liaising with regional managers, managing day-to-day food and beverage operations within budget, maintaining high customer service standards, establishing procedures and supporting franchisee staff training. Experience in the fast food or beverage industry is preferred, team lead experience is a minimum requirement, and applicants should have a passion for high product and service standards and a willingness to succeed.
