The role includes staff management, training and performance reviews, roster creation, attendance management, health and safety compliance, cash and sales management, stock control and ordering, store cleaning and maintenance, responding to customer queries and complaints, preparing promotional materials, liaising with regional managers, managing day-to-day Food and Beverage operations within budgeted guidelines, maintaining high standards of customer service, establishing targets and procedures, and supporting franchisee staff training. Experience in the fast food or beverage industry is preferred, and team lead experience is a minimum requirement.
