Inanna Wellness is seeking a state-certified cosmetician for a 50 percent part-time position in Berlin-Mitte. You will analyse skin and scalp, provide personal recommendations, perform facial rituals, lifting techniques, non-invasive technology treatments, advanced skin treatments, permanent hair removal, gentle bodywork and manual lymphatic drainage, and support guests through significant life stages. The role is part of a small team of five and includes structured onboarding, personal mentors, regular development conversations, masterclasses, continuing education, development opportunities, company pension contributions, five weeks of annual leave, predictable working hours, and additional benefits. Applicants may be at the beginning of their career or have experience in a spa, clinic, or hotel. You should be precise, aesthetic-minded, mindful, discreet, comfortable working in a small team, hold NiSV certificates or acquire them promptly with support, speak German at a native or comparable level, and speak English confidently.
