Reporting to the Corporate and M&A group, the intern will work on advisory matters involving the negotiation and drafting of documents relating to company law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Duties include drafting legal consultations and documentation, legal research and client meetings. Applicants should have an M2, IEJ or bar school qualification, possibly supplemented by an LLM, business school or IEP, working proficiency in spoken and written English, and strong writing, organisational and rigorous working skills. The internship is for the second semester of 2026, is based in Paris and offers compensation according to profile.
