Depth Counseling is seeking pre-license and fully licensed counselors and social workers in Illinois or Massachusetts to provide long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, and underlying personality features. Staff psychotherapists bring significant post-graduate psychoanalytic training and can access support services including weekly group consultation, supervision opportunities for licensed clinicians, weekly supervision by expert clinicians for pre-license clinicians, referrals, marketing, competitive compensation, practice management software, insurance options, billing support, and no long-term contract or non-compete clause. Applicants should be seeking to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 or more weekly sessions. As of May 2026, applications from pre-licensed counselors and social workers in Illinois are no longer being accepted, but applications from fully licensed Illinois counselors and social workers are still accepted.
