Senior Production, Bakery, and Catering Specialists assist the Production Manager and are responsible for parts of the day or night when the manager is unavailable. The role focuses on hiring, training, developing a team, learning to run a Clover operation, and inspiring others to succeed. Senior Specialists must have demonstrated success in a specialist role and display leadership qualities. This is a Health Plan Full-Time position eligible for the BOX staff customer contribution.
