The role supports the marketing team as a digital strategies subject matter expert, creating and optimising content to improve engagement and customer conversion. Duties include creating, updating and optimising website pages, refreshing web content, implementing SEO and paid search best practices, optimising blog copy, conducting digital audits and keyword research, recommending improvements to marketing content, collaborating with Marketing, Communications, Business Development and Solution Area leaders, translating business goals into digital marketing objectives, and ensuring digital properties meet brand standards and quality expectations. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design or a related field, 3 to 6 years of marketing or digital agency experience, knowledge of SEO and PPC, Google Analytics, website optimisation and conversion tracking tools, and experience with WordPress. HTML and CSS knowledge is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organisational and computer skills are required.
