Based in Mohali, this role manages end-to-end hiring, collaborates with hiring managers, maintains talent pipelines and provides regular hiring updates to stakeholders. Responsibilities include understanding hiring requirements, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking and AI tools, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews, extending offers, maintaining records in Monday.com, conducting reference and background checks, producing weekly hiring reports, monitoring hiring status, improving recruitment processes, staying up to date with employment laws and maintaining market analysis. Applicants should have a degree and 4 to 5 years of recruitment experience, with MBA in HR preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools, communication and stakeholder management skills, ATS experience, attention to detail and familiarity with employment laws are required. The role is Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
