SQE apprenticeships are offered to Senior Paralegals with a minimum of 12 months' experience at the firm. The two-year training programme comprises a four-seat rotation as Qualifying Work Experience. Apprentices take one day per week out of the office for study leave to prepare for the SQE1 and SQE2 exams. Hamlins partners with BARBRI and Damar Training to provide online training, competency and skills development, one-to-one and group sessions, and personalised online support.
