Connected Kids Speech Pathology is seeking Speech Pathologists, including new graduate and early career clinicians. The structured 100 day onboarding program includes a full induction week with observations of a variety of sessions, gradual caseload building, weekly 60 minute clinical supervision with a senior speech pathologist, and professional development across a variety of topics. New graduates and early career speech pathologists receive a two year professional development package including Read3 training and access, Lidcombe Program Consortium training, Sounds Write training, Yellow Ladybugs conference access, training in working with children with speech sound disorders, and access to Preschool Language Fundamentals bootcamp. More experienced clinicians can have a plan tailored to their professional needs and interests. The role offers an ongoing salaried position with above award wages, 7 weeks total leave, reasonable caseload expectations, an annual professional development budget, in-house training, opportunities to run group programs, hands on and digital resources, charitable organisation support, a laptop, iPad and required work supplies. Immediate start is available, with a flexible start date. Essential criteria include excellent communication skills, a current Working With Children Check, valid Australian working rights, Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status, a driver's licence and own vehicle.
