A position for a new graduate who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and interested in paediatric speech pathology. The role involves assessing and providing intervention, writing reports, maintaining clinical documentation, delivering evidence-based therapy and working independently with access to supervision, support and professional development. Applicants should be passionate, willing to learn, curious and analytical, with strong communication, organisational, time management and record-keeping skills. A completed tertiary Speech Pathology qualification, eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership, a current driving licence and a current Working with Children Check are required. Flexible working conditions, clinical supervision, administration and referral support, a professional development budget of $5,000 per annum or pro-rata, generous remuneration and travel allowance are offered.
