A new graduate speech pathologist is sought who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and interested in paediatric speech pathology. The role involves assessing and providing intervention, writing reports, maintaining clinical documentation, delivering evidence-based therapy, maintaining clinical skills, and working independently with access to supervision and support. Applicants should be passionate, willing to learn, curious and analytical, able to build rapport with families, and have a playful nature or willingness to learn play-based techniques. A completed tertiary Speech Pathology qualification, excellent communication, organisation, time management and record-keeping skills, eligibility for membership in Speech Pathology Australia, a current driving licence and a current Working with Children Check are required. Flexible full-time, job share and part-time arrangements, clinical supervision, professional development support, a $5,000 professional development budget per annum or pro-rata, generous remuneration and travel allowance are offered.
