Conversations Together is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join its small team at a women-owned pediatric private practice on the Upper West Side. Services are provided primarily in the Upper West Side office, with occasional sessions in local private schools. The role involves playful, meaningful, individualized, child-led and play-based therapy, collaboration with families and other professionals, and opportunities to explore interests, take initiative, develop skills, and contribute to a growing team. Requirements include a Master's Degree from an ASHA-accredited program, an active New York Speech-Language Pathology license in good standing, strong knowledge of child speech, language and play development, pediatric experience in private practice or a school setting, collaborative skills, understanding of research-backed intervention, and exceptional oral and written communication skills.
